## About the Role
Globetrot Skyways is looking for dynamic and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultants to join our US Airline Sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to convert customer inquiries into successful bookings while delivering exceptional customer service.
## Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from US-based customers.
Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and travel-related inquiries.
Promote airline offers, travel packages, and additional travel services.
Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Provide accurate fare quotations and travel information.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Maintain detailed customer records in the CRM system.
Stay updated with airline policies, fare rules, and travel regulations.
## Eligibility
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Prior experience in Travel Sales, US Airline Sales, or International BPO is preferred.
Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply.
Comfortable working in US rotational shifts.
Basic computer knowledge and internet navigation skills.
