About the role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp & social media
Prepare tour packages, itineraries and quotations
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers and other travel partners
Follow up with clients and assist them throughout the booking process
Handle day-to-day travel-related operations
Maintain good relationships with customers
🔹 Requirements:
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of travel & tourism
Good knowledge of MS Office / computer operations
Ability to communicate professionally with customers
Previous experience in a travel agency will be an advantage
Freshers with a strong interest in the travel industry may also apply
💰 Salary:
Negotiable – Based on experience and skills
