Role Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage and execute trips seamlessly. You’ll be the backbone of our travel operations — ensuring everything runs perfectly from booking to trip completion.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute travel operations for trips (weekend & long trips)
* Coordinate with vendors (hotels, transport, local guides, activity providers)
* Manage bookings, confirmations, and travel logistics
* Create and share trip itineraries with customers
* Handle on-trip coordination and resolve real-time issues
* Work closely with sales & marketing teams for smooth handover
* Maintain operational data, checklists, and reports

Requirements
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Good communication and coordination ability
* Problem-solving mindset (especially during trips)
* Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
* Willingness to travel and work on weekends when required

Preferred Skills
* Experience in travel operations or event management
* Knowledge of destinations like Goa, Spiti, Ladakh, etc.
* Vendor management experience
