Users may stop using Krew18 services at any time. However, cancellation of services, subscriptions, or accounts does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Once purchased, digital credits and services cannot be reversed or cancelled after activation.
Companies and employers using Krew18 may request account closure by contacting our support team.
Please note:
Active or used credits will not be refunded
Partially used plans are non-refundable
Posted job listings may remain active until expiry
Cancellation requests are generally processed within 3–5 business days
Talent and job seekers may request deletion or closure of their accounts at any time.
Upon successful verification:
Account access may be removed
Certain records may be retained for legal or compliance purposes
Previously submitted applications may remain visible to employers
If Krew18 offers recurring subscription plans in the future:
Users may cancel renewal before the next billing cycle
Current billing cycle charges will remain non-refundable
Access may continue until the active subscription period ends
Krew18 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice in cases involving:
Fraudulent activity
Violation of platform policies
Misuse of services
Illegal or harmful conduct
Such termination may occur without refund eligibility.
