Krew18 provides digital recruitment and hiring services for the travel industry. Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before purchasing any credits, subscriptions, or services from the platform.


1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made on Krew18 are final and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Job posting credits

  • Hiring plans

  • Featured listings

  • Promotional services

  • Subscription plans

  • Any digital recruitment services offered on the platform

Once credits or services are purchased and activated, no refund, return, or exchange will be provided.


2. Digital Service Nature

Krew18 provides only digital services and does not sell physical products.

Purchased services and credits are generally activated instantly or within 24 hours after successful payment.

By making a purchase, users acknowledge and agree that:

  • Credits cannot be reversed once activated

  • Unused credits are non-refundable

  • Partially used services are non-refundable

  • Dissatisfaction with hiring outcomes does not qualify for refunds


3. Exceptional Cases

Refund requests may only be considered in exceptional situations at the sole discretion of Krew18, including:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error

  • Verified payment gateway failure

  • Incorrect charge caused by system malfunction

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


4. Cancellation of Services

Users may discontinue using the platform at any time. However:

  • Cancellation does not guarantee refunds

  • Remaining unused credits, if any, remain subject to platform validity rules

  • Services already consumed or activated are non-refundable

Cancellation requests, if applicable, are generally processed within 3–5 business days.


5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Users are encouraged to contact Krew18 support before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Suspension of account

  • Permanent restriction from the platform

  • Legal action where applicable
